Generally, We Do Below All Test of All Main Journal and Crank Pin:

1. Calibration/Measurement Test of All Main Journal and Crank Pin. 

2. Hardness Test of All Main Journal and Crank Pin. 

3. MPI (CRACK), NDT Test under UV light.

4. Throughness Test (straightness check), by putting the crankshaft on V-Block, on its two Main Journals and rotating the same under Dial gauge, to check the run-out.
